Rapson was born from a simple idea: a factory should never stop its line for the want of a single part, nor be held hostage to one brand. We bring mechanical engineering, regeneration and in-house manufacturing under one roof.
/ Our story
From repair shop to manufacturer.
We started in 2016 repairing and regenerating hot melt application parts for factories in northern Portugal. Every part we brought back was a line returning to production — and an OEM invoice the client did not have to pay.
Over time we stopped only repairing. Today we design in SolidWorks and Fusion 360 and machine on our own CNCs in Portugal a proprietary line of applicators and modules under the Rapson brand, alongside our official Graco Adhesives distribution.

OEM tolerances, regenerated cost
Every regenerated part is bench-tested with a photographed technical report. 40–60% savings versus a new part.
Circular logic
Regenerating a part avoids manufacturing and shipping it from another continent. It is the greenest way to keep a line running.
