RAPSON, LDA respects your privacy and protects the personal data you entrust to us. This policy explains what we collect on rapson.pt, why we use it and what your rights are, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect
Quote form: name, company, email, phone (optional) and the details you provide (brand, equipment, sector and request description).
Technical data: IP address and browser identification, collected only when the form is submitted, for security and abuse prevention.
Language preference: stored only in your browser (localStorage); it is not sent to us.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data solely to answer your request and follow up commercially. The legal basis is taking steps prior to a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Retention
We keep request data for as long as needed to handle it and for any subsequent business relationship, or until you ask us to delete it.
Sharing and processors
We never sell or share your data. Requests are stored in our internal management system. We use service providers (web hosting and email) acting as processors who only handle the data on RAPSON's behalf.
Your rights
You may access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and request portability. To do so, contact comercial@rapson.pt. You also have the right to complain to the supervisory authority (in Portugal, CNPD · www.cnpd.pt).
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to information.
